Alumnus and member Matthew Holmes BL launches his new book

Alumnus and member Matthew Holmes BL will launch his new book “Criminal Procedure in the Circuit Court” (Round Hall, 2022) at Hodges Figgis on Dawson Street on Friday, July 22 at 6 pm.

Special guest on the night will Judge Dara Hayes, judge of the Circuit Court.

About the book

Published by Round Hall, “Criminal Procedure in the Circuit Court” is the first book to focus on criminal procedure, law and rules in the Circuit Court. It provides a comprehensive examination of all aspects of criminal procedure that practitioners will encounter in the Circuit Court, from pre–trial issues right through to sentencing. It is written with both defence and prosecution in mind.
