IWLA Podcast: Episode 2 – Women’s life within the home

The Irish Women Lawyers Association (IWLA) just published their second episode in their new podcast series.

Episode Two discusses Article 41.2 of the Constitution which refers to ‘woman’s life within the home’. Former student of King’s Inns, Anne Conlon BL explains its origins and outlines the options being considered regarding either repealing or amending the Article.
