Private Enforcement of Competition Law Conference 2017

A major international conference on ‘Private Enforcement of Competition Law‘ will take place on Friday 6 October 2017 at the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre. This conference will bring together world–renowned experts to address critical topics in the private enforcement of competition law, including the growth of private enforcement, the Damages Directive, claimant awareness and collective redress, discovery, settlement, contribution, passing on, and US and civil law experience of private enforcement.

This event is being run jointly by The Bar of Ireland, the Irish Society of European Law, and the EU Law Bar Association, and a wine reception after the conference will be sponsored by William Fry.
