Young Practitioners Seminar – 5 November 2015

On Thursday, 5 November 2015 (the evening before Dublin International Arbitration Day 2015), Arbitration Ireland will host a seminar directed towards young practitioners in the field of international arbitration. Chaired by Audley Sheppard QC (Clifford Chance, London), the seminar will comprise three sessions with speakers from across Europe on topics including:

• The role of the arbitral secretary in international arbitration;
• Enforcement of arbitral awards within the European Union; and
• Conduct of counsel before arbitral tribunals;

The seminar will take place between 6pm and 8pm in the Atrium of the Bar Council Distillery Building on Church Street, Dublin 7 and will be followed by a social evening in the ‘Sheds’ Bar.
